This week I am offering my annual "Top Ten" list of relaxation tips
to help you reduce holiday stress. For many folks, the holiday season is a
mixed blessing. We love the good feelings of family gatherings and holiday cheer,
but these can also be high-stress times, both in the anticipation and in the events
themselves.
The good news is that there are many simple, practical steps you can take to manage and
reduce your stress around the holidays.
