Three Convenient Ways to Use This Self-Guided® Relaxation CD
This CD has 30 tracks (total running time 72 minutes).  This includes 23 different guided imagery relaxation techniqes, plus some tracks of music, relaxing sounds, and introductory material.  There are three main ways you can use Joel Levey's Self-Guided Relaxation CD:

1.  Pre-recorded Sequences

Listen to one of the three relaxation sequences (each runs between 17 and 20 minutes) in the order recorded on the CD:

2.  Short Relaxation Breaks

Play a single track or two on the CD for a short relaxation break.    Favorite tracks include:
