How soon will I receive my CD order?
The main factor that determines the answer to this question is your method of payment.
Here's how we process payments:
Online Order with Credit Card Payment --
This is the fastest method. We generally process your online credit card payment
within one business day of the time you place the order, and immediately approve your
order for shipment.
Mail Order with Credit Card or Money Order Payment
-- This is the next fastest method. We generally process a credit card or money
order payment within one business day of the time we receive the order in the mail, and
immediately approve your order for shipment.
Mail Order with Check Payment -- This
method takes the longest time. We generally deposit your check in the bank within
one business day of the time we receive it in the mail. Then, after five business
days (not including bank holidays), we verify that your check has not been returned and we
approve your order for shipment.
Once approved for shipment, individual CD orders to
addresses in the United States are sent via First Class Mail generally within one business
day. The United States Postal Service states that First Class Mail usually takes
between two and three days for delivery, but they make no guarantee. It is possible
that you may experience slightly longer delivery times for First Class Mail.
Is Rush Delivery available?
Yes, we can make arrangements to ship your order via Federal Express when you pay
by credit card. Please call our office in Seattle, WA at 206-527-3168 to make verbal
arrangements for rush delivery and additional charges. Please leave a message with
your phone number is we happen to be unavailable. We will be glad to provide you
with a FedEx tracking number to help you monitor the progress of your shipment. We
are also able to ship your order via FedEx and charge to it a valid FedEx account number
you may have.
Do you ship CD orders outside
the United States?
Yes, we provide shipment to virtually every country in the world via air mail.
Shipping costs for individual orders are:
$4.00 to United States
$5.00 to Canada
$10.00 to all other countries
