Programming Suggestions for
Self-Guided® Relaxation CD

Here are some suggested Self-Guided programming sequences for specific purposes:

Healing Sequence (13:58) – Tracks 6, 8, 18, 19, 20, 12.  Focus on releasing pain and tension.

Creativity Sequence (16:29) – Tracks 3, 4, 5, 25, 22, 30, 21.  Prepare for creative activity. Stimulate your imagination and intuition.

Exercise Sequence (13:25) – Tracks 14, 15, 15, 15, 15, 16, 30, 30, 8, 9, 10, 11.   Exercise for 5 minutes, take a moment to stretch and get comfortable, and program yourself with positive imagery.

Lullaby Sequence (21:23) – Tracks 7, 13, 4, 22, 24, 30, 29, 13, 13, 13.  Drop off to sleep with music, soothing sounds, and relaxing suggestions.

Breath Meditation Sequence (2:31) – Tracks 23 & 30 (repeat as desired).   Alternate and repeat these tracks for a meditation on the breath.

Intimate Sharing Sequence (17:58) – Tracks 3, 4, 26, 27, 28, 4.   Listen to this sequence with someone you love.
