Many people find particular sequences of tracks to use in different situations. Here are some suggested Self-Guided programming sequences for specific purposes:

  • Healing Sequence (13:58) Tracks 6, 8, 18, 19, 20, 12. Focus on releasing pain and tension.

  • Creativity Sequence (16:29) Tracks 3, 4, 5, 25, 22, 30, 21. Prepare for creative activity. Stimulate your imagination and intuition.

  • Exercise Sequence (13:25) Tracks 14, 15, 15, 15, 15, 16, 30, 30, 8, 9, 10, 11. Exercise for 5 minutes, take a moment to stretch and get comfortable, and program yourself with positive imagery.

  • Lullaby Sequence (21:23) Tracks 7, 13, 4, 22, 24, 30, 29, 13, 13, 13. Drop off to sleep with music, soothing sounds, and relaxing suggestions.

  • Breath Meditation Sequence (2:31) Tracks 23 & 30 (repeat as desired). Alternate and repeat these tracks for a meditation on the breath.

  • Intimate Sharing Sequence (17:58) Tracks 3, 4, 26, 27, 28, 4. Listen to this sequence with someone you love.
